Sermon Title: We Rise Together
Text: Daniel 2:48-49; 2:17-19
- As the Headspace series comes to a close, take some time and discuss one or two ways your thinking has changed over these past 8 weeks. How has that change impacted your everyday life?
- How does the American mindset of ‘individualism’ impact your thinking, choices and lifestyle? How has this affected your ability to honestly open up your life to others? This week what is one way you can turn from that individualism and embrace the messiness of close relationships?
- Your calling is connected to the calling of God’s people. How has this proven true in your life these past 12 months? In other words, how has engaging in community pushed you more fully into God’s will for your life? How have you encouraged others to their own calling through your friendship with them?
- As followers of Jesus, there’s always more for us. What would it look like for you to step even further into genuine relationships within the family of God? What are some of the specific mindsets you need to release today?
Take some time and pray together. Invite the Holy Spirit to show you specific and practical ways you can resurrect your commitment to genuine, deep relationships this week.
