Details:
Respite, a term often used in the context of caregiving, refers to a period of temporary relief or rest for individuals who provide care to others. Respite offers caregivers an opportunity to take a break from their caregiving responsibilities, allowing them to recharge and attend to their own needs.
The Vox Special Needs Ministry is hosting a Respite Night for families of children with special needs and their siblings. This is open to children ages 6 months to 12 years old. Parents will have a chance for a night out while their children enjoy an evening of fun at the Branford campus under the care of trained volunteers.
